3.3 Ad Removal

We reserve the right to remove, disable, or restrict any ad at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for any reason including but not limited to violation of these Terms. Removed ads may be retained in our records for legal and safety purposes.

4. Transactions Between Users

GeoMiniAds is a platform that connects buyers and sellers. We are not a party to any transaction between users.
We do not guarantee the quality, safety, legality, or availability of any item or service listed.
We do not handle payments, shipping, or delivery of goods.
All transactions are solely between the buyer and seller. You assume all risks associated with such transactions.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Our Content

The Service, including its design, logos, text, graphics, and software, is owned by GeoMiniAds and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.

5.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of the content you post. By posting content on GeoMiniAds, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content in connection with operating and promoting the Service. This license ends when you delete your content or account.

6. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

7. Prohibited Activities

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US (IF ANY) IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

9. Indemnification

10. Termination

You may delete your account at any time through your profile settings or by contacting us.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause and with or without notice.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
Sections relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution survive termination.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through good faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where GeoMiniAds operates, unless prohibited by local law.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. For users in the EU, nothing in these Terms affects your rights under mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
