  1. General remarks

  1. Dispute resolution

In case there is a dispute with https://geominiads.com, the issue will be solved amicably. If you have any problems with our services we urge you to contact OR send email to geominiads@gmail.com directly. We will consider reasonable requests for dispute resolution rather than option for litigation.
In any case you accept that the maximum period for your legal claim against https://geominiads.com is 1(one) month. You accept that your claims after this period will not be considered.

  1. Fee and paid services

https://geominiads.com does not charge any fee for browsing or replying. Premium Listing fees are charged to the users who use the Premium Feature for listing their classifieds. We reserve the right to change the fee structure. We may introduce new services and modify some or all of the existing services offered on the site. The fee paid by you to avail the Premium Feature will not be refundable. If the posting is fraud / irrelevant, we will delete the ad and NOT REFUND the money

  1. Interference

https://geominiads.com and you are independent contractors and this agreement or the use of https://geominiads.com services does not imply any partnership, joint venture, and employee-employer or franchisee-franchise relationship.

  1. Indemnity

The user agrees to defend, indemnify and hold https://geominiads.com and all its affiliates harmless from all claims and expenses including attorney’s fees, arising out of the use of https://geominiads.com by the user.

  1. Technical glitches

https://geominiads.com always try to offers 100% risk free classifieds and postings in the sense that the listing has not a legal binding nature. In case of a technical glitch, https://geominiads.com reserves the right to stop, restart, or cancel any listing at any time, including before, during and after. It is in the best interest of all users to print a copy or write down the listing number of each listing. It is the sole responsibility of the user to maintain the listing numbers.

  1. Legal compliance and governing law

You shall agree to comply with all statutes – including domestic, international, trade regulations, such restrictions imposed by https://geominiads.com or government regulations being introduced from time to time by any authorities in India. The above terms and conditions shall be governed in accordance with the statutes of India.

Complaints Relating To Content

Any complaint relating to content appearing on the website shall be made by a person aggrieved within a reasonable time not exceeding 7 (seven) days from the date of first posting or aggregation to the following person appointed by the Company whose details are reproduced below:

If this contract or any part of it may be illegal, invalid, unenforceable or inaccurate specified, this does not mean that the whole terms and conditions are invalid and the other parts of the terms and conditions remain in full force and effect. The user agrees that it will be displaced by a legal solution which is as nearby as possible to the originally intended one.

We reserve the rights to display the classifieds / events on our partner sites.

  1. Content in the nature of news

Content in the nature of news (“News Content”) appearing on the website is published by https://geominiads.com.  https://geominiads.com is not in any way responsible for News Content uploaded on the website and plays no role in generation / transmission / modification of such News Content. https://geominiads.com, hereby disclaims all liability arising from such News Content.
